Ugba or Ukpaka is the traditional name for African oil bean seed which is the seed from the Pentaclethra macronutrient tree. It is a south-eastern Nigeria delicacy, used to make sauces, soups and stews, used as a flavoring, or mixed with vegetables and spices to make delicious salads.
